About Me
Ever since I can remember, books have been my greatest companions. Summers as a kid usually found me curled up on the back porch, racing through stacks of library books my mom brought home. Classics have always had a special place in my heart—and yes, I’ll happily read them more than once.
I went on to earn my degree in English Literature and spent 25 years teaching advanced writing, rhetoric, and creative writing at the high school level. My passion for both writing and teaching has only grown over the years, leading me to take part in countless workshops, courses, and continuing education programs.
Along the way, I became a certified Guided Autobiography facilitator, trained in the proven methods of Dr. James Birren—a trailblazer in gerontology and the founder of guided autobiography. Helping people preserve their stories and legacy is a privilege I never take for granted.
I’m also a certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, with advanced training in coaching techniques and powerful questioning. My goal is to help you find your voice, explore your memories, and express your story in words that truly resonate.
If you’re ready to put your story on the page, I’d be honored to guide you on that journey.
