Guided Autobiography Class (online class)
Each week participants will share a short memory story. Within each theme, participants engage with a series of thought-provoking questions tailored to elicit memories and encourage writing your life story in small bites of 2 or less page.
Writing Your Spiritual Legacy (in person)
Begins Thurs. January 14. 6pm-8pm
This class offers a structured approach that involves delving into one's life story from a faith based and spiritual perspective. You will deeply reflect on and write about significant life experiences, enabling you to gain valuable insight, perspective, and a richer understanding of your personal faith journey
